Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WipePic website and tools (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

WipePic removes metadata, such as GPS location, dates, device details and AI labels, from image files. The processing runs in your web browser. Your files are not uploaded to WipePic.

2. Price

WipePic is free. Paid plans are not available yet. We will update these Terms before they start.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to your images. Because WipePic processes files in your browser, we do not receive or hold them. You are responsible for making sure that you have the right to process the files that you clean.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to violate the rights of others, to attack or overload the Service, or to copy or resell the Service without our permission.

5. Limits of the Service

WipePic removes the metadata types that it supports. It does not remove visible content, pixel watermarks or records stored outside the file. Check the output before you share sensitive images.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent that the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent that the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount that you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We can update these Terms. If a change is important, we show a notice on this website at least 14 days before it takes effect.
